Incentive Screenings
Incentive Screenings are an easy, inexpensive way to determine the risk factors of the company's employees. Incentive Screenings have proven to be an effective tool for improving health benefit costs. Most employers who take advantage of Saint Mary's incentive screenings see more than 90 percent participation from employees. Saint Mary's has extensive experience in designing these programs to fit the needs of each client.
This program consists of a series of screenings for risk factors, the most common being the risk factors of heart disease (blood pressure, cholesterol, height/weight ratio and tobacco use). The screening may be tailored to the specific needs of each company. Incentives may be used to reward employees' good health habits.
WellCheck
The Corporate WellCheck program offers employees an opportunity to voluntarily participate in a variety of health screenings.

- Personal Wellness Profile (PWP)-Mini-health survey for employees that summarizes their heart health, cancer risk, physical activity, stress level and other risk factors.
- Executive Wellness Profile-A comprehensive summary report with statistical information on the group's overall health risks and willingness to make behavioral changes, information is based on screening results and PWP surveys.
